Bodyweight Training!

I don’t know what the weather is like where you live, but here in Northern New Jersey, we got dumped on. I have closed my Training Center for the day, but use this Bodyweight Circuit to get your workout in today!
Jump Rope, Warm-up and Stretch for 10-12 minutes. Then set your timer for 1 minute increments. Change from one exercise to the next on the beep. No Rest! Only rest as needed in the set.
Repeat 4 Times

Bridges
Pull-ups
Squats
Push-ups
Abs
Lunges
Dips
Calves
Neck
