Our Kettlebell, Bodyweight and Plyometric based Have you been looking for the most scientifically based fitness classes in Ridgewood, Ho-Ho-Kus, Saddle River, Glen Rock, Ramsey, Waldwick and the rest of Bergen County? There are only 8 Master RKC’s in the world and Phil Ross is one of them. He designs the classes and either the Master himself or another RKC certified instructor runs the class! We offer 11 classes per week at various times in the day.

Develop incredible strength, endurance, flexibility, explosive power, mobility, agility and cardiovascular fitness – all in a fun, yet challenging atmosphere. Being strong is cool and fun!
