Master Trainer Phil Ross:

Master RKC, CK-FMS Certified, Martial Arts Master, PCC Bodyweight Certified, ACE Certified Personal Trainer AFPA Certified Personal Trainer. Phil Ross brings over 40 years of experience in the fitness world to his clients. A Certified Movement Specialist enables Phil to decipher a client’s asymmetries and provide corrective movement strategies. He has a great deal of experience with Athletes of many sports disciplines, Martial Arts, Wrestling, Golf, Track & Field, Football, etc… as well as people simply desiring to improve their well-being. His clients range in age from 10 to 75.

Nicole Ross:

Personal Trainer, Black Belt Instructor, Kettlebell Certified RKC 2, ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) Certified and PCC Bodyweight Certified: Nicole is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Montclair State University in Diet and Nutrition. Nicole has spent her life being involved in Martial Arts and Fitness; she started training in the Martial Arts at age 2 and began her Track & Field training at age 7. Nicole won several state and local Martial Arts competitions and was member of the Mahwah High School Varsity Track Team. Nicole is a figure and bikini competitor as well as a sponsored athlete and fitness model. She brings knowledge, energy and sound principles of training to her clients. Scott Crisanto:

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, RKC Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor and Martial Arts Instructor. Scott is a graduate of Slippery Rock University in Exercise Science and Health. He is a competitor in Jiu Jitsu, an avid Mixed Martial Arts practitioner and was a former competitive bodybuilder. He provides personal training and diet plans for his clients.
