I Go, You Go Partner Training

We had a blast in class today. It was I Go, You Go Sunday!
We started with Jumping Rope and our Bo Staff Back, Hip and Shoulder mobility drills. Next, we did some forward and backward crawling followed by Ab Crawls across the floor.
Three laps back and forth across the studio floor with Figure 8 Walking Lunges.
The Meat of the Session:
3 Sets of Trust Squats and Scapular Push-ups, 20 reps each set.

6 Sets of I Go, You Go:
20 reps of 2 handed Swings & 10 reps of Presses each side

8 Sets, Each Side of I Go, You Go:
Single Rack Front Squats, 10 reps

8 Sets, Each Side of I Go, You Go:
Single Bell Rows, 10 reps

Finished up with 2 sets of 10 reps each side, Get up Sit up.

Cat and Cow Stretch and Zombie Rolls.
