Our Lil’ Eagles Program is geared toward preschoolers ages 3 to 6. The students learn basic martial arts skills through reinforced movement patterns, motivational activities and games. The children acquire listening skills and are instructed in exercise that develops their stabilizers, core, balance and coordination necessary for preparing their minds and bodies for activities later in life and serves as a foundation of health and fitness.
We conduct our classes in the late afternoons and weekends to best accommodate your busy schedules.
Fitness, Focus and Fun are the Foundation for a successful childhood!
Children ages 6 to 12, are instructed in Basic Grappling, Takedowns and Defense of Takedowns. The students learn the Guard, Guard Passes, Securing Positions, Sweeps, Rolls, Throws, Takedowns and Defense Grappling Positions. No submissions are taught to the younger students.

Our highly trained instructors understand that material taught in self-defense classes is often forceful or rough in nature. That’s why American Eagle MMA & Kettlebells instructors take a more hands-on, nurturing approach to teaching. We emphasize defense as merely that: defense, never to be used against another person. American Eagle MMA & Kettlebells’ well rounded program draws from a variety of martial arts sources, as well as various philosophies and basic common sense. We want our students to understand that good self-defense includes more than physical skill. Our program also emphasizes discipline, restraint, tolerance and respect.
