50 seconds on/10 seconds off:

1) Handstands

2) Plyo Box (or Leap -ups)

3) Pull-ups

4) Bridges

5) Pistols/Squats

6) Push-ups

7) Dips

8) Air Lunges

9) Hanging Abs/Wheel of Death/Lying Abs

 

Repeat 5 times.
