Each year we hold a "State of Organizational Development and
Learning Function" meeting to review progress toward our vision and stimulate
cross site ideas and teamwork. We were looking for something to energize
our group as well as something practical.
After looking at a number of alternatives we decided to ask
Phil to do an afternoon session. It was absolutely fantastic! All of
our staff were fully engaged for the entire session, laughing, exercising,
relaxing and learning how to defend themselves in simple straight forward
moves. I'm convinced out team is better prepared mentally and physically should
they encounter any unsavory characters.

Yes, I did receive the DVD ... so far I am only about 1/2 way through it, but
I like what you've done. The production quality is top notch ... very
professional looking.
As a long time student of the martial arts (now, unaffiliated) I like how you
have put together an exercise program that takes the "dance choreography" out of
aerobic kickboxing. Although I am not looking for any additional certifications
at this time, I am certainly interested in seeing how this program might
progress.
Until then, I wish you continued success in promoting this program (Billy Blanks

Take an hour out of your day just a couple days a week.
If you are fortunate enough, take Phil’s class in person.
Otherwise, do as I do, watch his video, learn life saving techniques all
the while burning fat and turning it into lean muscle mass.
We all know that in an emergency, there is no time to think,
only time to act. If you have to
think about what to do while being attacked, chances are you will be harmed,
scarred, and quite possibly, killed.
If you are not killed, you, at the least, will be emotionally scarred for
life.
However, by watching Phil’s SAVE video 3 to 4 times a week,
you increase the chances of Surviving A Violent Environment 10 fold.
